Our Mission:

As a cluster of the Southern Order of Storytellers, we provide opportunities for storytellers to tell their stories in small group settings or before large audiences, network with other storytellers and serve as stewards for the preservation and the perpetuation of the art of storytelling. The Southern Order of Storytellers creates educational opportunities for adult and young storytellers and story listeners across Georgia through festivals, partnership with libraries, organizations, adult homes and more.

Georgia Storytelling Festival

Storytelling isn’t just for kids.

Our storytellers have tales for adults and children as well as for those in memory care. We have stories from historical tales to folktales, local and national holidays, ghost stories to fairy tales and many many more. Join us to listen to our narration and travel to the past with us. Be inspired by our personal stories and fairy tales.
